By accessing or using NextWeather Corporation’s products, APIs, and dashboards (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Use of Services

  • You may use the Services only as permitted by law and these Terms.
  • You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Services or underlying data without written permission.
  • You may not interfere with system security or attempt unauthorized access.

Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately at security@nextweather.co of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Payment

  • Certain Services require a paid subscription. Fees and billing details will be presented at purchase.
  • Pricing may change with notice. You may cancel before renewal if you do not agree to new terms.

Intellectual Property

  • All forecasts, alerts, APIs, datasets, dashboards, and related technology are the property of NextWeather or its licensors (including The Weather Company and other data providers).
  • Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary methods.

Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • Weather data inherently involves uncertainty. We do not guarantee complete accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextWeather is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to the claim.

SMS Messaging

  • Users enrolling in SMS notifications consent to receive operational weather alerts and service-related notifications from NextWeather Corporation.
  • Message frequency may vary.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
